Vinted Settings & Auto-Relist

Set up automatic relisting and manage your Vinted account

13 min read · Updated 2 March 2026

Vinted is one of the fastest-growing reselling platforms, and Evriwhere gives you powerful tools to manage your Vinted account effectively. The headline feature is Auto-Relist — an automation that automatically deletes and reposts your Vinted listings on a schedule to boost their visibility. This guide covers everything on the Vinted settings screen: your profile card, profile stats, auto-relist configuration, import tools, activity log, syncing, and account management.

Accessing Vinted Settings

1

Open the Settings tab

Tap the Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar.

2

Tap Vinted

Your connected platforms are listed under Settings. Tap the Vinted row — you'll see your Vinted username displayed. This opens the dedicated Vinted settings screen.

Account must be connected

You need to have your Vinted account connected to Evriwhere before these settings are available. If you haven't connected yet, see Connecting Your Vinted Account for step-by-step instructions.

Profile Card

At the very top of the Vinted settings screen is your profile card, showing your Vinted username, profile picture, and when your account was last synced (e.g. "Last synced 5 minutes ago").

Tapping the profile card opens a browser sheet where you can refresh your Vinted session. This is useful if your Vinted connection has expired or needs re-authentication — you'll be taken through the Vinted sign-in flow without having to remove and re-add your account.

Profile Stats

Below the profile card, your Vinted profile stats give you a snapshot of your account:

  • Followers — How many people follow your Vinted profile
  • Following — How many people you follow
  • Rating — Your feedback reputation as a percentage (e.g. 100%)
  • Reviews — Your total feedback count
  • Items Bought — Total items you've purchased on Vinted
  • Items Sold — Total items you've sold on Vinted
  • Feedback Breakdown — A breakdown of your positive, neutral, and negative feedback counts
  • Vinted User since — The date you joined Vinted

These stats are pulled directly from your Vinted account and refresh each time you open the settings screen or trigger a manual sync.

Activity Log

The Vinted settings screen includes an Activity Log section with a View button. Tapping it opens a paginated log of actions Evriwhere has performed on your Vinted account. The log shows events like:

  • Sales found — When a new sale is detected on your Vinted account
  • Relisted — When a listing was automatically relisted
  • Delisted — When a listing was removed from Vinted
  • Delist failed — When a delist attempt encountered an error
  • Quantity updated — When a listing's quantity was changed

If no activity has occurred yet, you'll see the message: "Actions like sales and delistings will appear here."

Auto-Relist Feature

Auto-Relist is Evriwhere's most powerful Vinted-specific feature. It automatically deletes and reposts your Vinted listings on a regular schedule, pushing them back to the top of search results and buyers' feeds. This mimics what many successful Vinted sellers do manually — but Evriwhere does it for you, automatically, in the background.

Why auto-relist works

Vinted's algorithm heavily favours recently listed items. When you post a new listing, it gets a visibility boost in search results and in the feeds of buyers who might be interested. Over time, that initial boost fades and your listing drops down in the rankings.

By automatically deleting and relisting your items, Evriwhere gives each listing a fresh visibility boost as if it were brand new. This means:

  • More views on your listings
  • More favourites from interested buyers
  • Faster sales because your items are being seen by more people
  • No manual effort — you don't have to delete and relist items yourself

The Vinted algorithm advantage

Vinted's search algorithm gives significant preference to newly listed items. Auto-relist exploits this by making your existing items appear as new listings at regular intervals. Many top Vinted sellers consider this technique essential for maintaining consistent sales.

How auto-relist works

Here's exactly what happens when auto-relist runs:

  1. Evriwhere identifies eligible listings — The system looks at your Vinted listings that have passed the age threshold you've set
  2. The old listing is deleted — The existing listing is removed from Vinted
  3. A new listing is created — An identical listing is posted to Vinted with the same photos, title, description, price, and details
  4. The listing gets a fresh visibility boost — Vinted treats it as a brand-new listing, giving it the algorithmic boost that new items receive
  5. The process repeats — Listings are relisted at the same time they were originally posted, and the cycle continues automatically

Enabling auto-relist

1

Find the Auto-Relist section

On the Vinted settings screen, find the Auto-Relist Listings toggle. Below the toggle you'll see the subtitle: "Automatically delete & repost Vinted listings that haven't sold".

2

Toggle auto-relist on

Switch the Auto-Relist Listings toggle to the on position. A Relist After picker will appear below the toggle.

3

Choose your relisting age

The Relist After picker lets you choose how old a listing should be before it gets relisted. The available options are:

  • 5 days — Most aggressive. Relists any listing older than 5 days. Best for sellers who want maximum visibility
  • 7 days — A popular choice. Provides a weekly visibility boost. Good balance between visibility and stability
  • 14 days — Moderate. Relists listings older than two weeks. Suitable for larger wardrobes
  • 28 days — Conservative. Monthly relisting. Good for sellers with less urgency or very large inventories

Tap your preferred age to select it.

4

Auto-relist is now active

Once enabled and configured, auto-relist runs automatically in the background. Listings are relisted at the same time they were originally posted. You'll see an info note confirming: "Listings are relisted at the same time they were originally posted. Max 25 relists per day."

Choosing the right frequency

The best relisting age depends on your situation:

Recommended: 5-7 days

For most sellers, relisting after 5 to 7 days provides the best results. This frequency gives your listings a regular visibility boost without being so aggressive that it looks unnatural. Vinted's algorithm strongly rewards recently listed items, so more frequent relisting generally means more views and faster sales.

| Relist After | Best for | Visibility boost | Activity level | |---|---|---|---| | 5 days | Active sellers with small-medium inventory | Highest | High | | 7 days | Most sellers — good all-round choice | High | Moderate | | 14 days | Sellers with large inventories | Moderate | Low | | 28 days | Casual sellers or very large wardrobes | Low | Minimal |

Daily relisting limit

To stay within Vinted's acceptable usage patterns and protect your account, Evriwhere enforces a maximum of 25 auto-relists per day. This means:

  • No more than 25 of your listings will be deleted and reposted in a single day
  • If you have more listings than can be relisted in one day, the remaining listings will be queued for the following days
  • This limit is designed to prevent your account from being flagged by Vinted for excessive automated activity

Vinted account safety

The 25-per-day limit exists to keep your Vinted account safe. Relisting too many items too quickly can trigger Vinted's spam detection. Evriwhere manages this limit automatically — you don't need to worry about it, but it's good to understand why some listings might take a day or two longer to be relisted if you have a large wardrobe.

Changing your relist age

You can change your relisting age at any time:

  1. Go to Settings > Vinted
  2. Find the Auto-Relist Listings section
  3. Tap the Relist After picker
  4. Select a new age threshold

The change takes effect immediately. Your listings will follow the new schedule going forward.

Disabling auto-relist

To turn off auto-relist:

  1. Go to Settings > Vinted
  2. Toggle the Auto-Relist Listings switch to off

This stops all automatic relisting immediately. Your current Vinted listings remain as they are — nothing is deleted or changed when you disable the feature. You can re-enable it at any time and your age preference will be remembered.

Auto-Relist History

Evriwhere keeps a log of every auto-relist action. Tap the History button next to the Auto-Relist section header to open the relist history sheet.

What the history shows

The history is titled Relist History and displays a list of items that have been automatically relisted. Each entry shows:

  • Item thumbnail — A photo of the relisted item
  • Item title — The name of the listing
  • Relative time — When the relist occurred (e.g. "2 hours ago", "Yesterday")
  • Likes at relist — If the listing had any likes/favourites when it was relisted, shown with a heart icon and count
  • Total relists — If the item has been relisted more than once, shown with a relist icon and count

Tapping any entry navigates you to that item in your Evriwhere inventory.

The history is paginated — if you have a long relist history, tap Load More at the bottom to load older entries.

If no relists have occurred yet, you'll see the message: "No relists yet — Items that are automatically relisted will appear here."

Why the history matters

The auto-relist history is useful for:

  • Confirming relists are happening — Verify that your listings are being cycled as expected
  • Spotting patterns — See how many times items have been relisted and how many likes they had at the time
  • Tracking coverage — See which items have been relisted recently and which are still waiting (especially relevant with the 25-per-day limit)
  • Quick navigation — Tap any entry to jump straight to that item in your inventory

Monitor your history

Check the auto-relist history periodically, especially when you first enable the feature, to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Import from Vinted

The Vinted settings screen includes an Import from Vinted button with the subtitle "Bring your existing Vinted listings into Evriwhere". Tapping it opens a full-screen import sheet that guides you through bringing your existing Vinted wardrobe into Evriwhere.

The import process has multiple phases including scanning your wardrobe, reviewing a summary, and downloading images. For a detailed walkthrough of the entire import flow, see Importing from Vinted.

Import before crosslisting

If you already have a Vinted wardrobe full of items, import them into Evriwhere first. This way, you can crosslist those items to Depop and eBay without having to re-enter all the listing details from scratch.

Syncing Your Vinted Account

Evriwhere syncs your Vinted account data automatically, but you can trigger a manual sync at any time.

How to manually sync

Tap the ellipsis menu (⋯) at the top-right of the Vinted settings screen and select Sync Now. This forces a data refresh from Vinted, updating your profile stats, sales, and listing data.

When to manually sync

  • After making changes on Vinted directly (through the Vinted app or website)
  • When a sale isn't appearing in Evriwhere's Sales tab
  • When your profile stats seem outdated
  • After refreshing your Vinted session

Removing Your Vinted Account

If you need to remove your Vinted account from Evriwhere:

1

Open the ellipsis menu

On the Vinted settings screen, tap the ellipsis menu (⋯) at the top-right.

2

Tap Remove Account

Select Remove Account from the menu.

3

Confirm removal

You'll see a confirmation prompt: "Are you sure you want to remove this Vinted account?" Tap to confirm.

4

Account removed

Once removed:

  • Auto-relist will be disabled immediately
  • Evriwhere will no longer create or manage listings on Vinted
  • Your existing Vinted listings remain live on Vinted — they are not deleted
  • Your Vinted sales history in Evriwhere is preserved
  • You can reconnect at any time from Settings

Listings stay live

Removing your Vinted account does not delete your Vinted listings. Your wardrobe stays as it is — Evriwhere simply stops managing it.

Troubleshooting

Auto-relist isn't running

If your listings don't seem to be getting relisted:

  1. Check the toggle — Make sure Auto-Relist Listings is switched on in Settings > Vinted
  2. Check the age setting — Verify you've selected a relist age in the Relist After picker
  3. Check the Relist History — Tap History and look for entries. If there are none, the feature may not be running
  4. Check your Vinted connection — Tap your profile card at the top of the Vinted settings screen to refresh your session if needed
  5. Check the daily limit — If you have many listings, the 25-per-day cap means it may take several days to cycle through your entire wardrobe

Auto-relist history shows no entries

If your relist history is empty even though auto-relist is enabled:

  • Check the age threshold — Your listings may not have reached the age you've set. For example, if you chose "14 days", no listings will be relisted until they're at least 14 days old
  • Check your connection — Tap your profile card to refresh your Vinted session
  • Allow time — Auto-relist runs on a schedule. It may take up to a day for the first relists to appear

Profile stats don't match Vinted

If the stats shown in Evriwhere differ from what you see on Vinted:

  1. Sync your account — Tap ⋯ > Sync Now to pull the latest data
  2. Allow time for updates — Very recent changes on Vinted may take a short time to sync
  3. Restart the app — Close and reopen Evriwhere, then check the Vinted settings screen again

Best Practices

Maximise your Vinted success

Follow these tips for the best results with Vinted through Evriwhere:

  • Enable auto-relist at 5-7 days — This is the sweet spot for most sellers. You get frequent visibility boosts without excessive activity
  • Import your existing wardrobe — Don't leave items stranded on Vinted. Import them into Evriwhere so you can crosslist to Depop and eBay too
  • Monitor the relist history — Especially when first setting it up. Make sure relists are completing successfully
  • Keep your Vinted connection active — If your session expires, auto-relist stops working. Tap your profile card to refresh your session when needed
  • Check your stats regularly — Track your Vinted profile stats to see if auto-relist is having a positive impact on your views, favourites, and sales
